Q: How will my plans be finalized?

A: Approximately two weeks before the event we'll call for your menu updates and number of guests. If your menu choice is the Taste of Tradition or the New Englander, we need to know the exact number of entrèes. We suggest tickets be used, denoting your guest's entree choices. We will provide you with these tickets.
