Over 98 years ago, Lawrence "Chubby" Woodman invented the fried clam. Ever since then, Woodman's seafood restaurant has been serving up hearty portions of seafood and memories to generations of loyal customers!

Situated in Essex, MA, on the stunning New England coast, we're open all year round. Come in and try our award-winning clam chowder, fresh lobster and locally harvested steamed clams. Most of our menu items are gluten-free, with plenty of tempting options for families and kids.
