Woodman's of Essex wants you to post your original Valentine's Day poetry, pictures, or videos to our Facebook Wall. 

Each Facebook fan is only allowed to submit one qualifying entry.  The most important rule is that the post is not only Valentine's Day related, but also Woodman's related.  Whether that makes it involve summer, seafood, childhood, or anything that makes you think of Woodman's!  Originality and creativity are required!

Step 1: Like Woodman's of Essex on Facebook.

Step 2: Post your poem/picture/video to the Woodman's of Essex Facebook Wall.

Step 3: Support and encourage all your friends and family to "LIKE" your entry.

Each qualifying poem or picture/video contestant will receive a $5 gift certificate.  The gift certificate has no cash value and can only be used to purchase food at either of our restaurant locations.

The post with the most "Likes" will be deemed the MOST LOVED FAN of 2012, and will receive the Grand Prize - Lobster Dinner for Two, which includes two one and a half pound lobsters!  You can redeem your prize at our famous seafood restaurant in Essex, Massachusetts or have the dinner sent via FedEx anywhere in the continental US.

We encourage you to invite your friends and family to "vote" for you by "liking" your post on our Facebook Page. 

The winner will be the person with the most likes at 6pm on Tuesday, February 14th, 2012 - Valentine's Day!

To receive your $5 gift certificate, please cut and paste your posted poem/picture/video and email it to us at facebookcontest@woodmans.com.  You must include your full name and mailing address in the email to ensure receipt of your $5 gift certificate!  All entries become the sole property of Woodman's Inc. and can be used in press and media promotions.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By making a Submission in connection with the Contest, each entrant into the Contest hereby (a) irrevocably grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, license, including the unlimited right to sublicense, to use, copy, edit, modify, alter, transcode, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute the Submission by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Website; and (b) agrees to assign all right, title, and interest in and to their Submission to Sponsor if such Submission is selected as a winning Submission; and (c) agrees to execute all further documents respecting the Submission requested by Sponsor, including any further license or assignment, in order for Sponsor to use the Submission as contemplated by the Contest. Each entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have in the Submission.
