Clam Casino Ingredients
24 top neck clams
½ cup plain breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon onion flakes
6 strips of bacon
Olive oil
Lemon slices
How to Make Clams Casino
Shuck the clams. In one half of the clamshell put the clam meat back into the shell. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, parsley, and onion flakes. Cut each strip of bacon into four even pieces. Place a piece of bacon on top of each of the clams, and then drizzle with olive oil. Broil for about 7 minutes until the bacon is cooked. Garnish with lemon slices. Serves 6 to 8.
