Crabmeat Quiche Recipe by Cindy DiZio
Crabmeat Quiche Ingredients
8-inch premade pie shell
¾ cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
1⁄3 cup scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
5 ounces crabmeat, picked over and drained
How to Make Crabmeat Quiche
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prebake the pie shell as instructed. In a medium-size bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk, mayonnaise, scallions, and flour. Mix together thoroughly. Put the shredded cheese into the
prebaked crust, and then place the crabmeat on top. Pour the egg mixture into the crust. Bake for 45 minutes.
Recipe Notes: You can substitute the crabmeat with bacon, ham, and/or veggies—spinach, red peppers, and broccoli are a good addition! Of course you can use a homemade crust, too.
