Steak-Tip Marinade Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup water
1 cup salad oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
How to Make Marinade for Steak-Tips
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Best results are achieved if meat is marinated for 24 hours. Unused marinade will last up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
Recipe Note: Discard marinade after use.
