Cheesy Cauliflower Recipe Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1⁄8 pound orange Cheddar cheese
1⁄8 pound white Cheddar cheese
1⁄8 pound American cheese
1 large head cauliflower, washed and then trimmed into small florets
¼ cup breadcrumbs
How to make Cheesy Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. In a saucepan melt butter and add flour and stir until it thickens to make a roué. Gradually add milk and stir. When thickened add cheese and melt over low heat. Blanch cauliflower. Place cauliflower in a casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until bubbling hot. Serves 6.
