Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge Recipe by “Auntie” Nancy Story

Chocolate Fudge Ingredients

3 cups granulated sugar

5 ounces evaporated milk

Pinch of salt

2 sticks (8 ounces) butter

12 ounces chocolate bits

7½ ounces marshmallow fluff

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

Butter a 9″ x 13″ pan. Combine the sugar, evaporated milk, salt, and butter over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture bubbles. Cook five more minutes stirring continuously, and then remove from the heat. Add the chocolate bits, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract, stirring until the fluff and chocolate bits are thoroughly melted. Pour into the prepared pan and let set. Yields 4 dozen pieces.

Recipe Note: When cooled and set, cover the pan with plastic wrap, or cut up the fudge and store in an airtight container.
